ELECTRONICSPEEDCONTROL—IFEQUIPPED
When engaged, this device takes over the accelerator
operationatspeedsgreaterthan25mph(40km/h).The
speed control lever is located on the right side of the
steeringwheel.
OFF, push the ON/OFF button a second time. The
CRUISE indicator will turn off. The system should be
turnedOFFwhennotinuse.
NOTE: TheElectronicSpeedControlSystemwillauto-
maticallyturnitselfoffwhentheignitionkeyisturnedto    3
the“OFF”position.
WARNING!
Leaving the Electronic Speed Control system on
whennotinuseisdangerous.Youcouldaccidentally
setthesystemorcauseittogofasterthanyouwant.
Youcouldlosecontrolandhaveanaccident.Always
leavethesystemOFFwhenyouarenotusingit.
ToSetAtADesiredSpeed:
SpeedControlLocation
When the vehicle has reached the desired speed, press
down on the lever and release. Release the accelerator
andthevehiclewilloperateattheselectedspeed.
ToActivate:
Push the ON/OFF button located in the end of the
ElectronicSpeedControlLever.TheCRUISEindicatorin
theinstrumentclusterwillilluminate.Toturnthesystem
NOTE:
•
The vehicle must be traveling at least 25 mph (40
km/h)forthespeedcontroltoset.
