This red illuminated light informs you of a
problemwiththeElectronicThrottleControl
system. If a problem is detected, the light
willcomeonwhiletheengineisrunning.If

Ifthisindicatorlightflashesduringaccelera-
tion,applyaslittlethrottleaspossible.While
driving, ease up on the accelerator. Adapt
your speed and driving to the prevailing
roadconditions,anddonotswitchofftheESP,orTCS
—ifequipped.
the light remains lit with the engine running your
vehiclewillusuallybedrivableandnotneedtowing,
however see your dealer for service as soon as pos-
sible.
If the light is flashing when the engine is running you
mayexperiencepowerloss,anelevated/roughidle,and
increased brake pedal effort, and your vehicle may
requiretowing.Immediateserviceisrequired.
21. TurnSignalIndicators
Thearrowswillflashinunisonwiththeexterior
turnsignal,whenusingtheturnsignallever.

FrontFogLightIndicator—IfEquipped
This light shows when the front fog lights are
ON.
The light will come on when the ignition switch is first
turnedonandremainonbrieflyasabulbcheck.Thisis
normal. If the light does not come on during starting,
havethesystemcheckedbyanauthorizeddealer.

ElectronicStabilityProgram(ESP)Indicator
Light
The malfunction lamp for the ESP is com-
bined with BAS. The yellow “ESP/BAS
WarningLamp”comesonwhentheignition
switchisturnedtothe“ON”position.They
shouldgooutwiththeenginerunning.Ifthe“ESP/
