Turn-By-TurnDirections
Pressing the RESET button while in this display selects
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Dutch de-
pending on availability.As you continue, the displayed
informationwillbeshownintheselectedlanguage.
The EVIC displays turn-by-turn directions to a pro-
grammeddestinationwhenTurn-By-TurnNavigationis
enabled through Personal Settings. When enabled, the
EVIC displays the name of the approaching road at the
top of the screen, followed by an arrow to indicate the
direction to turn the vehicle, and a count down to
indicatethedistancetotheturn.
NOTE: UConnect™languagewillnotchangeusingthe
EVIC. Please refer to “Language Selection” in the
HANDS–FREE COMMUNICATION (UConnect™) sec- 4
tionofthismanualfordetails.
NOTE: Refer to your “Navigation User’s Manual” for
detailedoperatinginstructions.
AutoDoorLocks
When ON is selected, all doors will lock automatically
whenthevehiclereachesaspeedof15mph(24km/h).
Tomakeyourselection,pressandholdtheRESETbutton
until“ON”or“OFF”appears.
PersonalSettings(CustomerProgrammable
Features)
Thisallowsthedrivertosetandrecallfeatureswhenthe
automatictransaxleisinPARK.
AutoUnlockonExit
Press and release the MENU button until Personal Set-
tingsdisplaysintheEVIC.
When ON is selected, all doors will unlock when the
vehicleisstoppedandthetransmissionisintheP(Park)
orN(Neutral)positionandthedriver’sdoorisopened.
Tomakeyourselection,pressandholdtheRESETbutton
until“ON”or“OFF”appears.
Use the STEP button to display one of the following
choices:
