Attach the tether, located at the base of the seat
When returning the seat back to it’s upright position,
makesurethattheseatlatchesareengaged.Youshould
notbeabletofoldtheseatbackforwardand/ortumble
the seat unless the release button is depressed, the
emergencyreleasehandleispulledand/orthetumbling
seat release strap is pulled. Do not allow passengers to
rideinarearseatifoneormoreoftheseatlatchesisnot
engaged.
WARNING!
Donotrideinanyoftherearseatingpositionswhen
oneormoreoftheseatlatchesisnotengaged.Riding
with the seat latches disengaged could result in
seriousorfatalinjury.
TumblingSeatTether
NOTE: Thetumblingseattethershouldbeclippedonto
theelasticstrapprovidedonthebaseoftheseatcushion
beforereturningtheseattoitsnormalposition.
To return the rear seat to its upright latched position,
rotate the seat cushion rearward to latch the seat. Then
lifttheseatbacktoitsuprightlatchedposition.
