fluid in the master cylinder drops, the Brake Warning

Your vehicle is equipped with power-assisted brakes as
standardequipment.Intheeventpower-assistislostfor
any reason (for example, repeated brake applications
withtheengineoff),thebrakeswillstillfunction.How-
ever,theeffortrequiredtobrakethevehiclewillbemuch
greater than that required with the power system oper-
ating.

vehicle stability during braking may occur. It will
takeyoulongertostopthevehicleorwillmakeyour

possiblyanaccident.Drivingwithyourfootresting
orridingonthebrakepedalcanresultinabnormally
highbraketemperatures,excessiveliningwear,and
possiblebrakedamage.Youwouldn’thaveyourfull
brakingcapacityinanemergency.
Ifeitherofthetwohydraulicsystemslosenormalcapa-
bility,theremainingsystemwillstillfunctionwithsome
