signalfromthehand-heldtransmitter.
AftercompletingStep1outlinedintheProgrammingsection,replace
Step2withthefollowing:
Note:Ifprogrammingagaragedooropenerorgateoperator,itis
advisedtounplugthedeviceduringthe“cycling”processtoprevent
overheating.

ContinuetopressandholdtheHomeLink௡button(noteStep2inthe
Programmingsection)whileyoupressandrelease—everytwo
seconds(“cycle”)yourhand-heldtransmitteruntilthefrequency
signalhasbeenacceptedbytheHomeLink௡.Theindicatorlightwill
flashslowlyandthenrapidlyafterHomeLink௡acceptstheradio
frequencysignal.
