handleclockwiseuntilthetireisa
maximumof1inch(25mm)offthe
ground.
Note:Donotusetherunning
boards,frontandrearhinge
assemblies,runningboardmotors,
ortherunningboardunderbody
mountstoliftthevehiclewiththe
jack.
WARNING:Tolessenthe
riskofpersonalinjury,do
notputanypartofyourbody
underthevehiclewhilechanginga
tire.Donotstarttheenginewhen
yourvehicleisonthejack.The
jackisonlymeantforchanging
thetire.

Neverusethefrontorreardifferentialasajackingpoint.
Removethelugnutswiththelugwrench.
7.
Replacetheflattirewiththesparetire,makingsurethevalvestemis
facingoutward.Reinstallthelugnuts,conesidein,untilthewheelis
snugagainstthehub.Donotfullytightenthelugnutsuntilthewheel
hasbeenlowered.
8.
Lowerthewheelbyturningthejackhandlecounterclockwise.
