vehicleinP(Park),selectthis
functionfromtheSETUPMENUor
putthevehicleinR(Reverse).

PresstheRESETcontroltoturn
theparkaidONorOFF.

PresstheRESETcontrolforthe
nextSETUPMENUitemorwaitformorethanfoursecondstoreturnto
theINFOmenu.
Trailerswaycontrol
Thisfeatureusestheelectronicstabilitycontroltomitigatetrailersway,

Todisable/enablethetrailersway
feature,selectthisfunctionfromthe
SETUPmenuforthecurrentdisplay
mode.

PresstheRESETcontroltoturn
thetrailerswayONorOFF.
Compassdisplay(ifequipped)
Thecompassreadingmaybeaffectedwhenyoudrivenearlarge
buildings,bridges,powerlinesandpowerfulbroadcastantenna.Magnetic
ormetallicobjectsplacedin,onornearthevehiclemayalsoaffect
compassaccuracy.
Usually,whensomethingaffectsthecompassreadings,thecompasswill
correctitselfafterafewdaysofoperatingyourvehicleinnormal
conditions.Ifthecompassstillappearstobeinaccurate,amanual
calibrationmaybenecessary.RefertoCompasszone/calibration
adjustment.
Mostgeographicareas(zones)haveamagneticnorthcompasspointthat
variesslightlyfromthenortherlydirectiononmaps.Thisvariationisfour
degreesbetweenadjacentzonesandwillbecomenoticeableasthe
vehiclecrossesmultiplezones.Acorrectzonesettingwilleliminatethis
error.RefertoCompasszoneorcalibrationadjustment.
Note:Compasszoneandcalibrationadjustmentscanbeenteredby
usingtheINFOandSETUPMENUcontrols.
