behindtheseatback.Afterreturningtheseatbacktoitsoriginal
position,pullontheseatbacktoensurethatithasfullylatched.An
unlatchedseatmaybecomedangerousintheeventofasuddenstopor
collision.
Note:Invehiclesequippedwith3rdrowseats,the2ndrow
recline/unlatchhandleontheoutboardsidesofboth60%and40%seats
shouldnotbeusedasagrabhandletoraisetheentireseatupfrom
cargomode(kneelingposition),ortoloweritfromitstumbledposition.
Thishandleisthereonlytoreclinetheseatbackandtounlatchtherear
seat/floorattachment,inordertotumbletheseatintheforward
direction.Toraisetheseatupfromthecargomode(kneelingposition),
theentireseatshouldbeliftedupusingtheseatbackortheseat
cushionareaasagrabbingsurface.

returntheseatbackfromtheloadfloorandtotheuprightposition.
