Stoppingonsoftground,insandoronanincline
Ifyoudostopthevehicle,remember:Startingonaninclineoron
softgroundorsandmaybedifficult.Alwaysparkonafirmlevel
area,orwiththevehiclefacingdownhill.

Ifwheelsandtyresarenot
cleanedproperly,damage
tothewheels,tyres,
brakingsystemand
suspensioncomponents
couldoccur.
Ifforwardmotionislost,avoidexcessiveuseofthethrottle-this
willcausewheelspinandtendtodigthevehicleintothesand.Clear
sandfromaroundthetyresandensurethatthebodyisnotbearing
onthesandbeforeagainattemptingtomove.

Brakediscsandcalipers
shouldbeexaminedand
anystonesorgritthatmay
affectbrakingefficiency,
removed.
Ifthewheelshavesunk,useanairbagliftingdeviceorhighliftjack
toraisethevehicle,andthenbuildupsandunderthewheelssothat
thevehicleisagainonlevelground.Ifarestartisstillnotpossible,
placesandmatsorladdersbeneaththewheels.
