HillDescentControl(HDC)isofparticularvaluewhendrivingoff
road,andoperatesinconjunctionwiththeanti-lockbrakingsystem
toprovidegreatercontrolinoff-roadsituations,whendescending
severegradients.
ToselectHDC
HDCcanbeselectedwiththevehicleinanygear,butwillonly
operateonce1storreversegearsareengaged.
Squeezetheyellowtriggermountedinthegearleverandslidethe
collarsectiondownuntiltheyellowbandisvisibleabovethecollar,
andthenrelease.
If1storreversegearhavebeenengaged,theHDCinformationlight
(GREEN)willilluminate(if1storreversegearhavenotbeen
selected,theinformationlightwillflash).
TodeselectHDC,squeezethetrigger-thecollarwilllift
automatically.
