circuitshouldfail,theotherwillcontinuetofunction.However,in
theeventofabrakefailurewhereonlyonecircuitisoperational,the
vehicleshouldonlybedrivenatslowspeedtothenearestLand
Roverdealer.Inthesecircumstances,exerciseEXTREMECAUTION
andbeawarethatmuchgreaterpedaleffortandlongerstopping
distanceswillberequired.

brakepedalwhiledriving;this
mayoverheatthebrakes,
reducingtheirefficiencyand
causingexcessivewear.
Thebrakingsystemisservoassisted.Thismeansthatiftheengine
stopsrunning,allservoassistancewillbelost,requiringgreater
pedaleffortandresultinginlongerstoppingdistances.

Brakepadsandliningsrequireaperiodofbeddingin.Forthefirst

km,avoidsituationswhereheavybrakingisrequired.

changedwhenevernecessarytoensureoptimumsafetyand
