Checkthatthecablesareclearofmovingpartsofbothengines,
thenstarttheengineofthedonorvehicleandallowittoidlefor
afewminutes.

Nowstarttheengineofthevehiclewiththedischargedbattery
(DONOTcranktheengineformorethan15seconds).
Oncebothenginesarerunningnormally,allowthemtoidlefor
twominutesbeforeswitchingofftheengineofthedonor
vehicleanddisconnectingtheboostercables.DONOTswitch
onanyelectricalcircuitsonthepreviouslydisabledvehicle,until
AFTERtheboostercableshavebeenremoved.

Disconnectingtheboostercablesmustbeanexactreversalof
theprocedureusedtoconnectthem,ie:disconnecttheBLACK
cablefromtheearthpointonthedisabledvehicleFIRST.
