PressandholdtheUNLOCKbuttonontheremotehandset(holdfor

seconds)-thetaildoorglasswillfullylower.
Toraisetheglass,insertthestarterkeyintotheswitchmountedin
thetaildoorhandleandturnclockwise.Iftheswitchisreleased
beforetheglassisfullyraiseditwillautomaticallyloweragain.
NOTE:Ifthevehicleislockedwhentheglassisloweredusingthe
handset,thedriver’sdoorwillunlockandthesecurityfeatureswill
bedisarmed.
Remembertorelockthevehicle(ifrequired).
Batterydisconnection
Ifthebatteryhasbeendisconnected,thetaildoorglasswillneedto
berecalibrated.Ifthealarmwasarmedwhenthebatterywas
disconnected(ordischarged),disarmthealarmafterreconnection-
theglasswillfullylower.Thiswillhappenautomaticallyifthealarm
wasinadisarmedstatewhenthebatterywasdisconnected.
Afterbatteryreconnection,fullyraisetheglass(iftheglassisnot
fullyraised,anerror’beep’willsound)-thetaildoorglassisnow
recalibrated.
