Beforechangingawheel,applythehandbrakeandselect1stgear.
JackingonaslopeisNOTrecommended,butifitisunavoidable,
chockthewheeldiagonallyoppositetheonetoberemovedonthe
downhillside,usingthechockprovidedinthetoolkit.
Positioningthejack
1.
Usetheflatwedgeendofthewheelnutspannertoleveroffthe
appropriatejackingpointcover.
2.
Positionthejackwiththebasedirectlyunderthejackingpoint
nearestthewheeltoberemovedandwiththehandledropping
verticallytoalmostreachtheground(seeillustration).
3.
Turnthejackscrewclockwisetoraisethejackuntilthejack
headfitssnuglyaroundthecentreofthejackingpoint.
