INSTRUMENTCLUSTERDESCRIPTION
• Theto thesystembrakehassystembeendeactivateddue to overheatedtopreventbrakedamagetem-
peratures.

FuelGauge
WhentheignitionkeyisintheONposition,the
pointerwillshowtheleveloffuelremainingin
thefueltank.
NOTE: Extended heavy use of Traction Control may
causethesystemtodeactivateandturnontheTraction
Control indicator. This is to prevent overheating of the
brakesystemandisanormalcondition.Thesystemwill
remaindisabledforabout4minutesuntilthebrakeshave
cooled.Thesystemwillautomaticallyreactivateandturn
offtheTractionControlindicator.
2.
TractionControl—IfEquipped
Thisdisplayindicatorilluminatesmomentarily
asabulbcheckwhentheignitionswitchisfirst
turnedON.Theindicatorwillblinkduringan
active traction event, but will remain solid
when the system is deactivated or if a system malfunc-
tionoccurs.
3. CruiseLight—IfEquipped
This light shows that the Speed Control System is ON.
Thislightwillalsoilluminatefora5–secondbulbcheck
when the ignition switch is first turned to the ON
position.
TheTractionControlindicatorwillturnONif:

TheTractionControlsystemisinuse.
The Traction Control switch has been used to turn
thesystemOFF.
4. AirbagLight
Thelightcomesonandremainsonfor6to8
seconds as a bulb check when the ignition
switchisfirstturnedON.Ifthebulbdoesnot
comeonduringstarting,havethebulbreplaced.Ifthe
light stays on, or comes on while driving, have the
systemcheckedbyanauthorizeddealer.

TractionControlsystemmalfunction.
