Bi-Level
This position turns off the blow er motor and outsid e
air will not pass throu gh any outlets.
Air flows throu gh the outlets located in the instru -
ment panel, on the floor, and in the rear of the center
console. Slight airflow from the defrost outlet, located at
the base of the wind shield , may be noticed .
Recirculate(MaxA/C)
Air flows throu gh the outlets located in the
instru ment panel. Allow s for circulation of
interior air only which will cool the cabin
faster. This setting can be used in very hot
weather to maxim ize the effect of the air cond itioner. This
mode can also be used to tem porarily block out outsid e
odors, smoke, and dust. Slight airflow from the floor
outlets and the defrost outlets, located at the base of the
wind shield , may be noticed .
Floor
Air flows throu gh the floor outlets located und er 4
the instru ment panel and throu gh the outlets lo-
cated in the rear of the center console. Slight airflow from
the defrost outlet, located at the base of the wind shield ,
may be noticed . The air cond itioning system has been
enabled in Floor mode to provid e less hu mid air, espe-
cially when heat is used . This will help you red uce or
prevent wind ow fogging in high hu midity cond itions.
This function cannot be disabled . You may still select the
desired amount of heat using the tem peratu re control
dial. The heated air will simply be drier and less prone to
cond ensing on cold wind ow surfaces.
Panel
