You will be asked to say a four-digit pin nu mber which
you will later need to enter into you r cellular. You can
enter any four-digit pin nu mber. You will not need to
rem ember this pin nu mber after the initial pairing
process.

you r UConnect™ System . The priority allow s the
UConnect™ system to know which cellular phone to
use if multiple cellular phones are in the vehicle at the
sam e time. For exam ple, if priority 3 and priority 5
phones are present in the vehicle, the UConnect™
system will use the priority 3 cellular phone when you
make a call. You can select to use a lower priority
cellular phone at any time (refer to ЉAdvanced Phone
Connectivity Љ section).

The UConnect™ system will then prom pt you to begin
the cellular phone pairing process on you r cellular
phone. Before attem pting to pair phone, please see
you r cellular phone’s user manu al (Bluetooth section)
for instru ctions on how to complete this step .

For identification purposes, you will be prom pted to
give the UConnect™ system a nam e for you r cellular
phone. Each cellular phone that is paired shou ld be
given a uniqu e phone nam e.
• Press the ’Phone’ button to begin.

After the ЉRead yЉ prom pt and the follow ing beep , say
ЉDial.Љ
You will then be asked to give you r cellular phone a
priority level betw een 1 and 7, 1 being the highest
priority. You can pair up to seven cellular phones to
you r UConnect™ system . However, at any given time,

call.
