The UConnect™ system is fully integrated with the
vehicle’s audio system . The volu me of the UConnect™
system can either be adjusted from the rad io volu me
control knob, or from the steering wheel rad io control
(right switch), if so equ ipped.

The rad io display will be used for visu al prom pts from
the UConnect™ system such as ЉCELLЉ or caller ID on
certain rad ios.
You can also break the command s into parts and say
each part of the command , when you are asked for it.
For exam ple, you can either use the combined form
voice command ЉPhonebook New Entry,Љ or you can
break the combined form command into two voice
command s: ЉPhonebook Љ and ЉNew Entry.Љ Please re-
member, the UConnect™ system works best when you
talk in a norm al conversational tone, as if speaking to
som e one sitting eight feet away from you .
Operation
Voice command s can be used to operate the UConnect™
system and to navigate throu gh the UConnect™ menu
stru cture. Voice command s are requ ired after most
UConnect™ system prom pts. You will be prom pted for a
specific command and then guided throu gh the available
options.
