WHATTODOINEMERGENCIES
If the  coolant  tem peratu re  of a vehicle  equ ipped   with  a
dieselengine  approaches   the  “H” (hot  mark)  a warning
chim e will sou nd to alert  the  driver. The  air cond itioning
system  will  turn   off autom atically   and  power   loss  will
occur  until the  engine  tem peratu re retu rns  to the norm al
range.

Youcouldbecrushed.Nevergetanypartofyour
bodyunderavehiclethatisonajack.Ifyouneed
to get under a raised vehicle, take it to a service
centerwhereitcanberaisedonalift.
If the  overheating   cond ition persists  a  continu ous  chim e
will  sou nd to  alert  the driver.   Reduce  the vehicle   speed
and  or stop  the vehicle  while  allow ing the  engine  to idle
and  cool the  engine.

Thejackisdesignedtouseasatoolforchanging
tiresonly.Thejackshouldnotbeusedtoliftthe
vehicle for service purposes. The vehicle should
bejackedonafirmlevelsurfaceonly.Avoidiceor
slipperyareas.
