Remove
1.
Disconnect battery negative lead.

Disconnect sensor multi-plug.
Disconnect spill return pipe to injector.
Disconnect injector union.

Disconnect sensor multi-plug.
Disconnect pressure tube union.
Retrieve and discard union copper washers.
Place pressure tube aside.
Remove sensor to mounting bracket bolts.
Remove sensor.
Refit

Renew all copper washers.
Reverse removal procedure.
INJECTION TIMING SENSOR

Remove

Remove copper washers.
Remove injector clamp fixing.
Remove clamp.
Remove injector.
Remove injector copper washers.
1.
Disconnect battery negative lead.
Refit
10.
11.
12.
Renew all copper washers.
Reverse removal procedure.
Check for leaks when running.
