AirQualitySensor
Forvehicles withanairquality
sensor,theclimatecontrolsystem
adjuststolimitsomeexhaustfumes
frombeingpulledinsideyour
vehicle.
PresstheAUTObuttononthe
climatecontroltoactivate theair
qualitysensor.Therecirculation
indicator lightcomesonwhenpoor
qualityairisdetected. Theair
qualitysensorwillnotmaintain
recirculation foranextended period
topreventtheairinsidethevehicle
frombecomingtoodryorstuffy.
Theinterior temperature sensor
locatedontheinstrument panelto
therightofthesteering wheel,
measures thetemperature oftheair
insidethevehicle.
Thesolarsensorlocatedonthe
instrument panel,nearthe
windshield, monitorsthesolarheat.
Theclimatecontrolsystemusesthe
information fromthesesensorsto
adjustthefanspeedandtheair
delivery,inordertomaintainthe
selected temperature. Thesystem
mayalsosupplycoolerairtothe
sideofthevehiclefacingthesun.
Therecirculation modewillalsobe
activated, asnecessary.
