UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC) — IF
EQUIPPED
Adaptive Cru ise Control (ACC) increases the driving
convenience provid ed by cruise control while traveling
on highw ays and major road ways. However, it is not a
safety system and not designed to prevent collisions.
NOTE:

to “Electronic Speed Control” in this section.

If the ACC sensor detects a vehicle ahead , ACC will
apply limited braking or acceleration autom atically so
that you r vehicle maintains a preset follow ing dis-
tance.
ACC will allow you to keep cruise control engaged in
light to moderate traffic cond itions withou t the constant
need to reset you r cruise control. ACC utilizes an infrared
sensor designed to detect a vehicle directly ahead in you r
path.

I have mobile mechanic and my window wouldn't roll up. The fuses weren't labeled so I downloaded the Manuel and "boom" there we have it. No driving to 16 places looking. Lovviinng it!
