THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE
Sou nd Horn with Rem ote Key Lock
2. Release both buttons at the sam e time.
Test the featu re while outsid e of the vehicle, by
pressing the LOCK button on the transm itter with the
ignition switch in the LOCK position, and the key
rem oved .
This featu re will cause the horn to chirp when the doors
are locked with the transm itter. This featu re can be
turned on or turned off. To change the current setting,
proceed as follow s:

Remote Key Lock,” und er “Personal Settings (Cus-
tom er Program mable Featu res),” und er “Electronic
Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC)” in Section 4 of this
manu al for details.

NOTE: Pressing the LOCK button on the transm itter
while you are in the vehicle will activate the Security
Alarm . Opening a door with the Security Alarm activated
will cause the alarm to sou nd . Press the UNLOCK button
to deactivate the Security Alarm .

For vehicles not equ ipped with the EVIC, perform the
follow ing step s:
To unlatch the trunk:
Press the tru nk button on the transm itter two times
within 5 second s to unlatch the tru nk.

Press the LOCK button on a program med transm itter
for at least 4 second s, but no longer than 10 second s.
Then, press the PANIC button while still hold ing the
LOCK button.

I have mobile mechanic and my window wouldn't roll up. The fuses weren't labeled so I downloaded the Manuel and "boom" there we have it. No driving to 16 places looking. Lovviinng it!
