UNIVERSAL CONSUMER INTERFACE (UCI) — IF

Connecting the iPodா
Use the optional connection cable to connect an iPod to
the vehicle’s UCI connector (which is located in the glove
box on som e vehicles. This location may vary with
vehicle). Once the iPod is connected and synchronized 4
to the vehicle system (this may take a few second s to
connect), the vehicle brand logo appears on the iPod
display, and it starts charging and is read y for use by
pressing rad io switches as described below.

vehicle’s sou nd system throu gh a connector (UCI connec-
tor) using
an optional connection cable (available
throu gh Mop ar). See you r authorized dealer for details.
Using this featu re,

the iPod audio can be played on the vehicle’s sou nd
system , provid ing metad ata (Track Title, Artist, Al-
bum, etc.) inform ation display on rad io.
Controlling the iPodா using Radio Buttons
To get into the UCI (iPod) mode and access a connected
iPod, press the “AUX” button on the rad io facep late.
Once in the UCI (iPod) mode, the iPod audio track (if
available from iPod) will start playing over the vehicle
audio system .

Play, Browse and List the iPod contents.

I have mobile mechanic and my window wouldn't roll up. The fuses weren't labeled so I downloaded the Manuel and "boom" there we have it. No driving to 16 places looking. Lovviinng it!
