STARTING AND OPERATING
In Perm anent Limp Home Mod e, “P” (Park), “R” (Re-
verse), and “N” (Neutral) will continu e to operate. Sec-
ond gear will operate in the “D” (Drive) shifter position.
The malfunction ind icator light may illuminate.
Autostickா Operation
By placing the selector lever in the “D” (Drive) position,
it can be moved from side to side. This allow s the driver
to select a higher or lower range of gears. Moving the
selector lever to the Left (-) triggers a downshift and to
the Right (+) an upshift. The gear position will display in
the instru ment cluster on the transm ission range ind ica-
tor.
AUTOSTICKா — IF EQUIPPED
Autostick is a driver-interactive transm ission that offers
manu al gear shifting to provid e you with more control of
the vehicle. Autostick allow s you to maxim ize engine
braking, eliminate und esirable upshifts and downshifts,
and improve overall vehicle perform ance. This system
can also provid e you with more control during passing,
city driving, cold slippery cond itions, mountain driving,
trailer tow ing, and many other situ ations.
You can shift in or out of the Autostick mode at any time
withou t taking you r foot off the accelerator pedal. If you
choose the Overd rive mode, the transm ission will oper-
ate autom atically, shifting betw een the five available
gears. When you wish to engage Autostick, simply
move the selector lever to the Right or Left (D+/ D-) while
in the “D” (Drive) position. The transm ission will rem ain
in the current gear until an upshift or downshift is
chosen.

I have mobile mechanic and my window wouldn't roll up. The fuses weren't labeled so I downloaded the Manuel and "boom" there we have it. No driving to 16 places looking. Lovviinng it!
