Reception Quality
SEEK Button s
Satellite recep tion may be interru pted due to one of the
follow ing reasons:
Press and release the SEEK buttons to search for the next
channel in Satellite mode. Press the right switch to seek
up and the left switch to seek down. The rad io will
rem ain tuned to the new channel until you make another
selection. Holding either button will byp ass channels
withou t stop ping until you release it.

The vehicle is parked in an und ergrou nd parking
stru cture or und er a physical obstacle.
Dense tree coverage may interru pt recep tion in the
form of short audio mutes.
SCAN Button
Driving und er wide brid ges or along tall buildings can
cause interm ittent recep tion.
Pressing the SCAN button causes the tuner to search for
the next channel, pausing for 8 second s before continu ing
to the next. To stop the search, press the SCAN button a
second time.
Placing objects over or too close to the antenna can
cause signal blockage.
INFO Button
Operating Instructions - Satellite Mode
Pressing the INFO button will cycle betw een Artist, Song
Title, and Com poser (if available) inform ation. Also,
pressing and hold ing the INFO button for an additional
