The sunshad e can be opened manu ally. It will also open
as the sunroof opens. The sunshad e cannot be closed if
the sunroof is open.
WARN ING!
In an accid ent, there is a greater risk of bein g throw n
from a veh icle with an open sunroof. You could also
be seriou sly injured or killed . Alw ays fasten you r
seat belt prop erly and make sure all passen gers are
prop erly secu red too.

Never leave child ren in a veh icle, with the keys in
the ign ition switch . Occupants, particu larly unat-
ten ded child ren , can becom e entrap ped by the
power sunroof while operatin g the power sunroof
switch . Such entrap ment may resu lt in seriou s injury
or death .
Do not allow small child ren to operate the sunroof.
Never allow fin gers or oth er body parts, or any
object to project throu gh the sunroof opening. Injury
may resu lt.
Wind Buffeting
Wind buffeting can be described as the percep tion of
pressu re on the ears or a helicop ter typ e sou nd in the
ears. Your vehicle may exhibit wind buffeting with the
wind ows down, or the sunroof (if equ ipped) in certain
open or partially open positions. This is a norm al occur-
rence and can be minim ized . If the buffeting occurs with
