Electrical Outlet Use With Engine Off
CONSOLE FEATURES
The console has two front cup hold ers, a coin hold er, 12
volt power outlet and a front storage tray. There are
additional cup hold ers; one is molded in the center of the
console to hold large cups and the other is at the rear of
the console to serve passengers in the rear seat. The floor
console power outlet will also operate a conventional
cigar lighter unit (if equ ipped with an optional Smoker’s
Package).
CAUTIO N!

Many accessories that can be plugged in draw
power from the veh icle’s battery, even when not
in use (i.e. cellu lar phones, etc.). Even tually, if
plugged in lon g enough, the veh icle’s battery will
disch arge sufficien tly to degrad e battery life
and/or preven t engin e startin g.

Accessories that draw high er power (i.e. coolers,
vacu um clean ers, ligh ts, etc.), will degrad e the
battery even more quickly. Only use these inter-
mitten tly and with greater caution .
After the use of high power draw accessories, or
lon g period s of the veh icle not bein g started (with
accessories still plugged in), the veh icle must be
driven a sufficien t len gth of tim e to allow the
gen erator to rech arge the veh icle’s battery.
