This vacu um fluorescent display ind icator will illuminate
when the Trip Odometer is in use.

Door Ajar Indica tor
This vacu um fluorescent display ind icator illuminates
the word “DOOR”, when a door is not completely closed .
If the door is open for more than 8 minu tes, the light will
turn off.
By pushing the trip button, located next to the instru ment
cluster, the odometer will toggle betw een total distance
and trip distance. In the trip odometer mode, hold ing the
trip button for more than 2 second s will reset the trip 4
odometer to “0”.

Odomet er/Trip Odomet er
The odometer show s the total distance the vehicle has
been driven. The trip odometer show s the trip distance
since the last reset.
19. Cruise Indica tor — If Equipped
This ind icator show s that the Speed Control
System is ON.
U.S. Federal regu lations requ ire that upon transfer of
vehicle ownership , the seller certify to the purchaser the
correct mileage that the vehicle has been driven. There-
fore, if the odometer read ing changes during rep air or
rep lacem ent, be sure to keep a record of the read ing
before and after the service so the correct mileage can be
determ ined .
NOTE: The word “SET” will not illuminate when the
Speed Control System is on.
