toeachcomplaint,includingoralpresentations,and
arriveatafairandimpartialdecision.Boardreview
maybeterminatedatanytimebyeitherparty.
Everyeffortismadetodecidethecasewithin40
daysofthedatethatallrequestedinformationis
receivedbytheBoard.SincetheBoardgenerally
meetsonceamonth,itmaytakelongerforthe
Boardtoconsidersomecases.
Afteracaseisreviewed,theBoardmailsyoua
decisionletterandaformonwhichtoacceptorreject
theBoard’sdecision.ThedecisionsoftheBoardare
bindingonFord(and,insomecases,onthedealer)
butnotonconsumerswhoarefreetopursueother
remediesavailabletothemunderstateorfederallaw.
