TheCAMVAPprogramisastraight-forwardand
relativelyspeedyalternativetoresolvea
disagreementwhenallothereffortstoproducea
settlementhavefailed.Thisprocedureiswithout
costtoyouandisdesignedtoeliminatetheneedfor
lengthyandexpensivelegalproceedings.
IntheCAMVAPprogram,impartialthird-party
arbitratorsconducthearingsatmutuallyconvenient
timesandplacesinaninformalenvironment.These
impartialarbitratorsreviewthepositionsofthe
parties,makedecisionsand,whenappropriate,
