inflateslowly;thereis
ariskofinjuryfroma
deployingairbag.
Alloccupantsofthevehicle,includingthe
driver,shouldalwaysproperlyweartheir
safetybelts,evenwhenanairbag(SRS)is
provided.
Alwaystransportchildren12yearsoldand
underinthebackseatandalwaysproperly
useappropriatechildrestraints.
TheNationalHighwayTrafficSafety
Administration(NHTSA)recommendsa
minimumdistanceofatleast25cm(10inches)
betweenanoccupant’schestandthedriverairbag
module.
Neverplaceyourarmovertheairbag
moduleasadeployingairbagcanresultin
seriousarmfracturesorotherinjuries.
