a1/8turnon/offfeature.
Whenfuelingyourvehicle:

Carefullyturnthefillercapcounterclockwise1/8
ofaturnuntilitstops.

Pulltoremovethecapfromthefuelfillerpipe.

Toinstallthecap,alignthetabsonthecapwith
thenotchesonthefillerpipe.
Turnthefillercapclockwise1/8ofaturnuntilit

CheckFuelCap”illuminateswhentheignitionis
turnedtotheONpositiontoensureyourbulbis
working.Whenthislightturnson,checkthefuel
fillercap.Continuingtooperatethevehiclewiththe
CheckFuelCaplighton,canactivatetheService
EngineSoonwarning.Whenthefuelfillercapis
properlyre-installed,thelight(s)willturnoffaftera
periodofnormaldriving.Itmaytakealong
periodoftimeforthesystemtodetectan
improperlyinstalledfuelfillercap.
Ifyoumustreplacethefuelfillercap,replace
itwithafuelfillercapthatisdesignedfor
yourvehicle.Thecustomerwarrantymaybe
voidforanydamagetothefueltankorfuel
