miles)ormoretorelearntheidleandfueltrim
strategy.
Ifyoudonotallowtheenginetorelearnits
idletrim,theidlequalityofyourvehiclemay
beadverselyaffecteduntiltheidletrimis
eventuallyrelearned.
Whenthebatteryisdisconnectedoranewbattery
installed,thetransmissionmustrelearnitsadaptive
strategy.Asaresultofthis,thetransmissionmay
shiftfirmly.Thisoperationisconsiderednormaland
willnotaffectfunctionordurabilityofthe
transmission.Overtimetheadaptivelearning
processwillfullyupdatetransmissionoperationto
itsoptimumshiftfeel.
Ifthebatteryhasbeendisconnectedoranew
batteryhasbeeninstalled,theclockandthepreset
radiostationsmustberesetoncethebatteryis
reconnected.
