UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
There are two possible Easy Exit and Easy Entry adjust-
ments available:
The Easy Entry/ Easy Exit featu re will be autom atically
disabled if the seat is alread y positioned closer than 2.5
inches (60 mm) forw ard of the rear stop . At this position
there is no benefit to the driver by moving the seat for
Easy Exit or Easy Entry.
•
The seat cushion will move rearw ard approxim ately
2.5 inches (60 mm) if the starting position of the seat is
greater than or equ al to 3.75 inches (90 mm) forw ard of
the rear seat stop when the key is rem oved from the
ignition switch. The seat will then move forw ard
approxim ately 2.5 inches (60 mm) when the key is
placed into the ignition and turned out of the LOCK
position.
Each stored memory setting will have an associated Easy
Entry and Easy Exit position.
NOTE: The Easy Entry Easy Exit featu re is not enabled
when the vehicle is delivered from the factory. The Easy
Entry Easy Exit featu re is enabled (or later disabled )
throu gh the program mable featu res in the Electronic
Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC). Refer to ЉElectronic

gram mable Featu resЉ in Section 4 for more inform ation.

inches (30 mm) forw ard of the rear stop if the starting
position is betw een 2.5 inches to 3.75 inches (60 mm to
90
mm) forw ard of the rear stop when the key is
rem oved from the ignition switch. The seat will move
forw ard to the memory/ driving position when the
key is placed into the ignition, and turned out of the
LOCK position tow ard the RUN position.
