If the rear wiper is operating when the ignition is turned
OFF, the wiper will autom atically retu rn to the “Park ”
position.
ROOF LUGGAGE RACK — IF EQUIPPED
External racks do not increase the total load carrying
capacity of the vehicle. Be sure that the total occupant
and luggage load insid e the vehicle, plus the load on the
luggage rack, do not exceed the rated vehicle capacity.
If the liftgate flipper glass is open, connection to the rear
wind ow wiper is interru pted preventing activation of the
rear wiper blad e. When the liftgate flipper glass is closed ,
the rear wiper switch or the ignition switch need s to be
turned OFF and ON to restart the rear wiper.

This vehicle is not equ ipped with roof rack cross rails as
built, unless ord ered as optional equ ipment. Cross rails
must be installed prior to carrying load s on the roof rack.
If not equ ipped, you r authorized dealer can ord er and
install Mop ar cross rails built specifically for this roof
rack system or a nu mber of after market rails that are
tailored to you r life-style or activities.
AddingWasherFluid
The fluid reservoir for the wind shield washers and the
rear wind ow washer is shared . It is located in the front of
the engine compartm ent on the passenger side and
shou ld be checked for fluid level at regu lar intervals. Fill
the reservoir with wind shield washer solvent (not rad ia-
tor antifreeze) and operate the system for a few second s
to flush out the resid ual water.
