Auto Down
Auto Up Feature with Anti-Pinch Protection
Both the driver and front passenger wind ow switch has
an “Auto Dow n” featu re. Press the wind ow switch past
the first detent, release, and the wind ow will go down
autom atically. To cancel the “Auto Dow n” movem ent,
operate the switch in either the up or down direction and
release the switch.
(Driver’s and Front Passenger Door Only)
Lift the wind ow switch to the second detent, release, and
the wind ow will go up autom atically.

To stop the wind ow from going all the way up during the
auto-u p operation, push down on the switch briefly.
To close the wind ow part way, lift the wind ow switch to
the first detent and release when you want the wind ow to
stop .
To stop the wind ow from going all the way down during
the auto-d own operation, pull up on the switch briefly.
To open the wind ow part way, press to the first detent
and release it when you want the wind ow to stop .
NOTE: If the wind ow runs into any obstacle during the
auto-closu re it will reverse direction and then stop .
Remove the obstacle and use the wind ow switch again to
close the wind ow. Any impact due to rou gh road cond i-
tions may trigger the auto reverse function unexp ected ly
during auto closu re. If this hap pens pull the switch
lightly to the first detent and hold to close the wind ow
manu ally.
The power wind ow switches rem ain active for 10 min-
utes after the ignition has been turned off. Opening either
front door will cancel this featu re.
