To Train Addit iona l Key Fobs (using the EVIC module)
Press the MENU button until TRAIN REMOTE? NO is
displayed . Press the STEP button to change to YES. Then,
PRESS A VALID FOB KEY will be displayed . Press either
the “Lock” or “Unlock” button on the current key fob.
Sou nd Horn On Lock?
When this featu re is selected , a short horn sou nd will
occur when the rem ote keyless entry “Lock” button is
pressed . This featu re may be selected with or withou t the
flash lights on lock/ unlock featu re. Pressing the STEP
button when in this display will select “Yes” or “No.” 3
Can also be program med using the key fob, refer to
“Rem ote Keyless Entry” earlier in this section.

The next display will say PRESS FOB 2 LOCK &
UNLOCK. Press both key fob buttons simultaneou sly.

The next display will say PRESS FOB 2 UNLOCK.
Flash Ligh ts With Locks?
Press the unlock button on the second key fob.
When this featu re is selected , the front and rear turn
signals will flash when the doors are locked or unlocked
using the rem ote keyless entry transm itter. This featu re
may be selected with or withou t the sou nd horn on lock
featu re selected . Pressing the STEP button when in this
display will select “Yes” or “No.” Can also be pro-
gram med using the key fob, refer to “Rem ote Keyless
Entry” earlier in this section.

The next display will say FOB 2 TRAINED. At this
point, the proced ure can be exited by pressing the STEP,
RESET, or C/ T button.

Repeat step 2 — 4 to train additional key fobs. A total
of four key fobs can be program med.

“Rem ote Keyless Entry” earlier in this section.
