MAINTAINING YOUR VEHICLE

such as steel wool or scou rin g powder, which will
scratch metal and pain ted surfaces.
Wash ing

Wash you r vehicle regu larly. Alw ays wash you r ve-
hicle in the shad e using a mild car wash soap and rinse
the panels completely with clear water.
Special Care

If you drive on salted or dusty road s or if you drive
near the ocean, hose off the und ercarriage at least once
a month.

If insects, tar, or other similar deposits have accumu-
lated on you r vehicle, wash it as soon as possible.

It is important that the drain holes in the lower edges
of the doors, rocker panels and tailgate must be kep t
clear and open.
Use Mop ar Auto Polish to rem ove road film and
stains and to polish you r vehicle. Take care never to
scratch the paint.
