Rear Wheel Drive High Range - Norm al street and
highw ay driving. Dry hard surfaced road s.

You or oth ers could be injured if you leave the
veh icle unatten ded with the tran sfer case in the
Neutral (N) position with out first fully engagin g
the park ing brak e. The tran sfer case Neutral (N)
position disen gages both the fron t and rear drive-
shafts from the powertrain and will allow the
veh icle to move desp ite the tran smission position .
The park ing brak e should alw ays be applied
when the driver is not in the veh icle.

4-Wheel-Drive
driveshafts together. Forces the front and rear wheels to
rotate at the sam e speed . Additional traction for loose,
slippery road surfaces only.
High Range - Locks the front and rear
N
Neutral - Disengages both the front and rear driveshafts
from the powertrain. To be used for flat tow ing behind
another vehicle. Refer to “Recreational Towing” in Sec-
tion 5 for more inform ation.
