When the desired program typ e is obtained , press the
ЉSCANЉ button within five second s. The rad io will play 7
second s of the selected channel before moving to the next
channel of the selected program typ e. Press the ЉSCANЉ
button a second time to stop the search.
To ensu re optimum recep tion, do not place item s on the
roof arou nd the rooftop antenna location. Metal objects
placed within the line of sight of the antenna will cause
decreased perform ance. Larger luggage item s shou ld be
placed as far forw ard as possible. Do not place item s
directly on or above the antenna.
NOTE: Pressing the ЉSEEKЉ or ЉSCANЉ button while
perform ing a music typ e scan will change the channel by
one and stop the search. Pressing a pre-set memory
button during a music typ e scan, will call up the memory
channel and stop the search.

Satellite recep tion may be interru pted due to one of the
follow ing reasons.

When the desired program is obtained , press the ЉSEEKЉ
button within five second s. The channel will change to
the next channel that matches the program typ e selected .
Dense tree coverage may interru pt recep tion in the
form of short audio mutes.
