Neverplaceyourarmovertheairbagmoduleasadeploying
airbagcanresultinseriousarmfracturesorotherinjuries.
Toproperlypositionyourselfawayfromtheairbag:

Moveyourseattotherearasfarasyoucanwhilestillreachingthe
pedalscomfortably.
Reclinetheseatslightlyoneortwodegreesfromtheuprightposition.
Donotputanythingonorovertheairbagmodule.Placing
objectsonorovertheairbaginflationareamaycausethose
objectstobepropelledbytheairbagintoyourfaceandtorsocausing
seriousinjury.
Donotattempttoservice,repair,ormodifytheairbag
supplementalrestraintsystemsoritsfuses.Seeyourauthorized
dealer.
Modificationstothefrontendofthevehicle,includingframe,
bumper,frontendbodystructureandnon-Fordtowhooksmay
effecttheperformanceoftheairbagsensorsincreasingtheriskof
injury.Donotmodifythefrontendofthevehiclewithanythingother
thanauthorizedFordaccessoriesforyourvehicle.
Additionalequipmentmayaffecttheperformanceoftheairbag
sensorsincreasingtheriskofinjury.PleaserefertotheBody
