improvebeltcomfortforsmalleroccupants.Thebeltcomfortguideis
notasubstituteforaboosterseat,andisonlyintendedtoimprovethe
comfortofthesafetybeltifitrestsagainsttheneck.Mostchildrenstill
needaboosterseattoencourageuprightpostureandimprovelapbelt
