includedinyourOwnerGuideportfolio.
Roadsideassistancewillcover:

aflattirechangewithagoodspare(exceptvehiclesthathavebeen
suppliedwithatireinflationkit)
•

batteryjumpstart
lock-outassistance(keyreplacementcostisthecustomer’s
responsibility)
•
fueldelivery–IndependentServiceContractors,ifnotprohibitedby
state,localormunicipallawshalldeliverupto2.0gallons(7.5L)of
gasolineor5gallons(18.9L)ofdieselfueltoadisabledvehicle.Fuel
deliveryserviceislimitedtotwono-chargeoccurrenceswithina
12-month
period.

countymaintainedroad,norecoveries.
towing–Ford/Mercury/Lincolneligiblevehicletowedtoanauthorized
dealerwithin35miles(56.3km)ofthedisablementlocationortothe
nearestauthorizeddealer.Ifamemberrequeststobetowedtoan
authorizeddealermorethan35miles(56.3km)fromthedisablement
location,themembershallberesponsibleforanymileagecostsin
excessof35miles(56.3km).
Trailersshallbecoveredupto$200ifthedisabledeligiblevehicle
requiresserviceatthenearestauthorizeddealer.Ifthetrailerisdisabled,
butthetowingvehicleisoperational,thetrailerdoesnotqualifyforany
roadsideservices.
