Lowertheheadrestraintbypressingandholdingtheguidesleeve
adjustreleasebutton(3)andpushingdownontheheadrestraint(1).
Properlyadjusttheheadrestraintsothatthetopoftheheadrestraintis
evenwiththetopofyourheadandpositionedascloseaspossibletothe
backofyourhead.Foroccupantsofextremelytallstature,adjustthe
headrestrainttoitsfullupposition.
WARNING:Theadjustableheadrestraintisasafetydevice.
Wheneverpossibleitshouldbeinstalledandproperlyadjusted
whentheseatisoccupied.
Toremovetheadjustableheadrestraint,dothefollowing:

Pulluptheheadrestraintuntilitreachesthehighestadjustment
position.

Simultaneouslypressandholdboththeadjust/releasebutton(3)and
theunlock/removebutton(4),thenpullupontheheadrestraint.
Toreinstalltheadjustableheadrestraint,dothefollowing:

Insertthetwostemsintotheguidesleevecollars.
Pushtheheadrestraintdownuntilitlocks.
Properlyadjusttheheadrestraintsothatthetopoftheheadrestraintis
evenwiththetopofyourheadandpositionedascloseaspossibletothe
backofyourhead.Foroccupantsofextremelytallstature,adjustthe
headrestrainttoitsfullupposition.
WARNING:Tominimizetheriskofneckinjuryintheeventofa
crash,headrestraintsmustbeinstalledproperly.
Adjusting the front manual seat
WARNING:Sittingimproperlyoutofpositionorwiththeseat
backreclinedtoofarcantakeoffweightfromtheseatcushion
andaffectthedecisionofthepassengersensingsystem,resultingin
seriousinjuryordeathinacrash.Alwayssituprightagainstyour
seatback,withyourfeetonthefloor.
