IFYOUDONOTAGREETOTHISENDUSERLICENSE
AGREEMENT(“EULA”),DONOTUSETHEDEVICEORCOPY
THESOFTWARE.ANYUSEOFTHESOFTWARE,INCLUDING
BUTNOTLIMITEDTOUSEONTHEDEVICE,WILL
CONSTITUTEYOURAGREEMENTTOTHISEULA(OR
RATIFICATIONOFANYPREVIOUSCONSENT).
GRANTOFSOFTWARELICENSE:ThisEULAgrantsyouthe
followinglicense:

YoumayusetheSOFTWAREasinstalledontheDEVICEandas
otherwiseinterfacingwithsystemsand/orservicesprovidebyor
throughFORDMOTORCOMPANYoritsthirdpartysoftwareand
serviceproviders.
DESCRIPTIONOFOTHERRIGHTSANDLIMITATIONS:

SpeechRecognition:IftheSOFTWAREincludesspeechrecognition
component(s),youshouldunderstandthatspeechrecognitionisan
inherentlystatisticalprocessandthatrecognitionerrorsareinherent
intheprocess.NeitherFORDMOTORCOMPANYnoritssuppliers
shallbeliableforanydamagesarisingoutoferrorsinthespeech
recognitionprocess.

LimitationsonReverseEngineering,Decompilationand
Disassembly:Youmaynotreverseengineer,decompile,or
disassemblenorpermitotherstoreverseengineer,decompileor
disassembletheSOFTWARE,exceptandonlytotheextentthatsuch
activityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwithstandingthis
limitation.

LimitationsonDistributing,Copying,ModifyingandCreating
DerivativeWorks:Youmaynotdistribute,copy,makemodifications
toorcreatederivativeworksbasedontheSOFTWARE,exceptand
onlytotheextentthatsuchactivityisexpresslypermittedby
applicablelawnotwithstandingthislimitation.
SingleEULA:TheenduserdocumentationfortheDEVICEand
relatedsystemsandservicesmaycontainmultipleEULAs,suchas
multipletranslationsand/ormultiplemediaversions(e.g.,intheuser
documentationandinthesoftware).Evenifyoureceivemultiple
EULAs,youarelicensedtouseonlyone(1)copyoftheSOFTWARE.
SOFTWARETransfer:Youmaypermanentlytransferyourrights
underthisEULAonlyaspartofasaleortransferoftheDEVICE,
providedyouretainnocopies,youtransferalloftheSOFTWARE
(includingallcomponentparts,themediaandprintedmaterials,any
upgrades,and,ifapplicable,theCertificate(s)ofAuthenticity),and
