Whenyouremoveyourfootfromthebrakepedal,thevehiclewill
remainontheslopewithoutrollingawayforapproximatelytwotothree
seconds.Thisholdtimewillautomaticallybeextendedifyouareinthe
processofdrivingoff.

Driveoffinthenormalmanner.Thebrakeswillbereleased
automatically.
Note:Iftheengineisrevvedexcessively,HSAwillbedeactivated.

Driveoffuphillwithoutre-applyingthebrake.
WaitfortwotothreesecondsuntiltheHSAsystemdeactivates
automatically.

IfhillstartassistisactiveinR(Reverse),selectN(Neutral).
Note:TheHSAwarninglampinthe
instrumentclustermomentarily
illuminateswhentheignitionis
turnedon.Ifamalfunctionis
detectedintheHSAsystem,HSAwillbedeactivatedandthiswarning
lampwillappearontheinstrumentcluster.
If your vehicle gets stuck in mud or snow
Ifyourvehiclegetsstuckinmudorsnow,itmayberockedoutby
shiftingbetweenforwardandreversegears,stoppingbetweenshiftsina
steadypattern.Presslightlyontheacceleratorineachgear.
Donotrockthevehicleiftheengineisnotatnormaloperating
temperatureordamagetothetransmissionmayoccur.
Donotrockthevehicleformorethanaminuteordamagetothe
transmissionandtiresmayoccur,ortheenginemayoverheat.
