KeeptheRSSsensors(locatedontherearbumper/fascia)free
fromsnow,iceandlargeaccumulationsofdirt(donotcleanthe
sensorswithsharpobjects).Ifthesensorsarecovered,itwill
affecttheaccuracyoftheRSS.
Ifyourvehiclesustainsdamagetotherearbumper/fascia,leaving
itmisalignedorbent,thesensingzonemaybealteredcausing
inaccuratemeasurementofobstaclesorfalsealarms.
REARVIEW CAMERA SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
Therearviewcameraislocatedon
thetrunk,underthespoilerforthe
SHO,orundertheFordbadgefor
allothermodels.Thecamerasystem
providesavideoimagewhich
appearsintherearviewmirroror
onthenavigationscreen(if
equipped),oftheareabehindthe
vehicle.Itaddsassistancetothedriverwhilereversingorreverse
parkingthevehicle.
Tousethecamerasystem,placethetransmissioninR(Reverse);an
imagewilldisplayintherearviewmirrororonthenavigationscreen(if
equipped).Theareadisplayedonthescreenmayvaryaccordingtothe
vehicleorientationand/orroadcondition.
