Donotputobjectsunderthefrontseatsthatwillinterferewiththe
airflowtothebackseats.
Removeanysnow,iceorleavesfromtheairintakeareaatthebaseof
thewindshield.
ToimprovetheA/Ccooldown,drivewiththewindowsslightlyopen
for2–3minutesafterstartingthevehicleoruntilthevehiclehas
“airedout.”

Asmallamountofairmaybefeltfromthefloorventregardlessofthe
airdistributionsettingthatisselected.
Duringextremehighambienttemperatureswhenidlingstationaryfor
extendedperiodsoftimeingear,itisrecommendedtoruntheA/Cin
MAXA/C,reduceblowerfanspeedfromthehighestsettingandputthe
vehicle’stransmissioninP(Park)tocontinuetoreceivecoolairfrom
yourA/Csystem.
Formaximumcoolingperformance(MAXA/C):

PressMAXA/C.Thesystemwilldefaulttosingle-zoneoperationand
setthetemperatureto60°F(16°C).
